One of the greatest mistakes a business owner would make is to put introverts at the reception. Most if them see every joke as an affront. Every ‘jab’ is seen as an attack on their person.

On the other hand, an extrovert could be extremely unserious.

Ambiverts have the qualities of an extrovert and an introvert. They know when and how to get back to business from a friendly reception of a client/customer.
